The missing onsite layer for smaller buildings. Building Ground fills the gap with scheduled inspections, clear reporting, and coordination of approved work — working alongside your existing body corporate or strata manager.
Larger complexes can justify a full-time manager, yet smaller residences are often left to an unqualified resident on the committee. Building Ground works with your existing manager to be the professional "eyes on the ground" — identifying issues, reporting them, and delivering results.
Full-time onsite manager — a dedicated person can be onsite each day to manage wider day-to-day operations.
No regular onsite support — issues often rely on residents or contractors to report them.

Building Ground does not rely on hidden contractor mark-ups. Where contractor services are required, costs are quoted and approved separately, with Building Ground charging an agreed coordination fee where applicable.
We have a trusted preferred contractor database developed through years in the industry, and we also seek to maintain the relationships your building already has. Good contractors can be relied upon to be on time and on budget — for larger projects, preferred contractors can be used as starting points for quotes as required by Body Corporate rules.
The client portal is under development. Once live, buildings under a service agreement will be able to view inspection reports, maintenance registers and job status here.
